Past tense
Should - is modal verb.
Usage - To express advise, suggestions, or moral obligation.
Examples:
Advice - You should drink more water.
Suggestion or question - Should I call the emergency service?
Moral obligation -We should respect others.
Over 18 is considered adult / indicates the position over the reference point.
Under age (18) child. / indicates the position under the reference point.
Ex: "In the shopping center don`t accept under age buying alcohol."
