“ Techno-solutionism”

The robot will look after you in your old age.

“ To face the needs of the care workers, to look after people aged over 64, that are living with unmet care needs, an investment  is being made to develop robots that could potentially be used to give care, within the next twenty years. “

1.Why robots will look after elderly?

  •  Because we will not have enough care workers to face the needs!

2.What means unmet care?

  • Unmet care ( it )  refers to situations where a person needs health or social care but does not receive it.

4.How long will it take to develop these items?

  • Maybe more or less than twenty years!

“ These autonomous systems like robots will become a normal part of our lives. They will transform the way we live, work and travel. So the science correspondent is being found in “ techno-solutionism”, the idea of creating solutions with advanced technologies. “

5.What kind of static electronic domestic items do we have nowadays?

  • Nowadays, we have TV, washing machine, toaster, etc!

6.And in the future?
