After arriving the door of the room , the receptionist 

( depois de chegar a porta do quarto, o recepcionista)

left the luggage near the door and said:

( deixou a bagagem ao pé da porta e disse:)

     ( obrigado)

R - You welcome.

After that the receptionist returned to the ground floor.
